Dyslexia: How We Can Help

Structured literacy therapy is widely accepted as the best methodology for dyslexic readers. This is also known as the Orton-Gillingham approach. It is explicit instruction that integrates listening, speaking, reading, and writing. Structured Literacy also strives to completely master a concept before moving on the next most logical topic.

The Learning Center utilizes Lexercise, a structured literacy teletherapy platform, for dyslexia therapy as well as other multisensory structured literacy programming. Multisensory Structured Literacy is designed to be prescriptive and diagnostic. Each child is addressed individually and assigned the multisensory programming approach best designed to help them meet their maximum growth potential.
